UPS was slapped with a trip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit on May 17 in New York Supreme Court for New York County. The court action was brought by Belluck & Fox on behalf of David Seitz. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is David Seitz v. United Parcel Service, Inc. et al.
