New Suit - Contract

The Police Benevolent Association of the City of New York, one of the city's largest police unions, filed a lawsuit against the NYPD on April 26 in New York Supreme Court for New York County. The suit, brought by in-house counsel, challenges new restrictions on officers' use of anabolic steroids, human growth hormone and nutritional supplements; according to the complaint, the policy changes violate a 2011 settlement agreement. The case is Police Benevolent Association of the City of New York Inc. et al. v. City of New York et al.
