Tower Abstract Services and James W. Bozzomo were hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit on April 22 in New York Supreme Court for New York County. The court action, filed by Littler Mendelson on behalf of AmTrust North America and First Nationwide Title Agency, accuses Bozzomo of violating a non-compete provision in his post-employment contract by accepting employment with Tower within six months of his resignation. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is AmTrust North America, Inc. et al v. James W. Bozzomo et al.
