Interpublic Group of Companies and Kinesso LLC were slapped with a breach-of-contract lawsuit on March 18 in New York Supreme Court for New York County. The court action, brought by Feuerstein Kulick LLP on behalf of David James Stewart, contends that the defendants failed to pay the plaintiff earned commissions for the first half of 2023 before abruptly terminating Stewart and his team. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is David James Stewart v. Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. et al.
