Tesla and other defendants were hit with a slip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit on April 25 in New York Supreme Court for Nassau County. The court case was filed by the Law Offices of Richard M. Levy on behalf of Lorna I. Ross and Richard Ross. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 607178/2024, Lorna I. Ross et al v. Steele One, LLC et al.
