AIG's Lexington Insurance and other defendants were slapped with an insurance coverage lawsuit on April 10 in New York Supreme Court for Kings County. The court case was brought by Saretsky Katz & Dranoff on behalf of CitySights and other plaintiffs seeking coverage concerning underlying personal injury litigation. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 510331/2024, Twin America, LLC d/b/a Citysights NY, Citysights, LLC, Citysights New York, LLC, Zm 235 Main, LLC And Gray LINE New York Tours, Inc., v. Lexington Insurance Company et al.
