Target and DLC Management Corp. were slapped with a trip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit on April 24 in New York Supreme Court for Albany County. The complaint, which contends that a shopper tripped on a pothole in the parking lot, was brought by Anderson, Moschetti & Taffany on behalf of Hans Hoelzli Jr. and Tricia Hoelzli. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 903996-24, Tricia Hoelzli et al v. Target Corporation et al.
