Plug Power, a supplier of hydrogen fuel cell technology used in electric vehicles, was sued by Conquest Construction Consultants for breach of contract on April 22 in New York Supreme Court for Albany County. The suit, brought by Tully & Rinckey, seeks nearly $500,000 in allegedly unpaid invoices for supplies and mechanical work; according to the complaint, the plaintiff was forced to fire all its employees based on the defendants' breach and seeks lost profits, storage fees and other damages. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 903877-24, Conquest Construction Consultants LLC v. Plug Power Inc.
