Home Depot and an unspecified defendant were hit with an employment discrimination lawsuit on Nov. 22 in New Jersey Superior Court for Union County. The lawsuit was filed by Brandon J. Broderick LLC on behalf of an appliance salesman who contends that he was wrongfully terminated after seeking accommodations for his heart condition and use of a defibrillator.
