Iannarella Law LLC, Ally Financial and other plaintiffs were hit with a legal malpractice lawsuit on May 19 in New Jersey Superior Court for Passaic County. The court action, filed by De Pierro Radding on behalf of Ridgeview Title and Settlement and other plaintiffs, accuses the defendants of knowingly permitting and representing Megan McInerney in the purchase of a property while cognizant of the fact that McInerney did not have the requisite funds to close on the property.
