Prime Business Services and Knight Eviction Services were slapped with a trade secret lawsuit on April 3 in New Jersey Superior Court for Monmouth County. The lawsuit, brought by Thomas Wiggin PC on behalf of clean out services provider Eviction Enterprises, accuses Prime of soliciting Eviction's client Northsight Management and using Eviction's confidential work orders and procedures to conduct business with its competitor, Knight Eviction Services.
