Harvey Weinstein's judgment on sexual misconduct charges in the court of public opinion prevented him from receiving a fair trial in the actual justice system, the disgraced Hollywood mogul's attorney told New York's top appeals court on Wednesday. Weinstein was found guilty of sexually assaulting two women in New York, including for a first-degree criminal sexual act for forcibly performing oral sex on a TV and film production assistant at his SoHo apartment in 2006.
