New York Life Insurance sued Community Funeral Directors and Cremations, Camille Farmer and Teresa Herd Wednesday in California Central District Court over a coverage dispute. The lawsuit was filed by Sacro & Walker. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-00762, New York Life Insurance Company v. Farmer et al.
