McDonald's was sued for negligence on Nov. 13 in Nevada District Court for Clark County. The suit was filed by VC2 Law on behalf of a customer who claims she choked on a piece of wax paper contained in her Quarter Pounder with Cheese order The suit brings claims on behalf of the diner as well as her granddaughter, who was allegedly caused emotional distress by witnessing the incident.
