Chateau de Anna LLC and other defendants were hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit on April 22 in Nevada District Court for Clark County in connection to a lawsuit with the FTC. The action, brought by Sussman & Associates and Marx Law Firm on behalf of Raj Augustine, accuses the defendants of violating an agreement where the plaintiff would wire over $230,000 to the FTC for settlement funds in exchange for a parcel of real property.
