New Suit - Patent

AT&T was sued Tuesday in New York Southern District Court over breach-of-contract and patent infringement claims. The suit was filed by Network Apps and other plaintiffs, and claims that the telecom giant ripped off the plaintiffs' "twinning" technology for routing calls to multiple devices. The plaintiffs are represented by Browne George Ross O'Brien Annaguey & Ellis and Cadwell Clonts & Reeder; counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-00718, Network Apps, LLC et al v. AT&T Inc. et al.
