Home Depot U.S.A. was sued Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The lawsuit was brought by Gallup Auerbach on behalf of Alix Nelson. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 0:22-cv-60019, Nelson v. Home Depot U.S.A., Inc.
