
Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough increased gross revenue and profits per partner by nearly 9% last year after seeing investments pay off in hiring laterals in recent years to meet growing demand for the litigation-heavy firm's services. Despite a slowdown in demand for transactional services in 2023, Nelson Mullins grew revenue and profits because of its diversified mix of cyclical and countercyclical practices, said managing partner Jim Lehman.
