Pennsylvania State University and Ralph Ford were sued Monday in Pennsylvania Western District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The complaint, filed by Lieber Hammer Huber & Paul on behalf of Sudarshan Nelatury, pursues race and age discrimination, retaliation and hostile work environment claims.
