The suit was filed on behalf of Apex Tool Group, which accuses the defendants of misrepresenting their ability to provide competent cybersecurity services, resulting in a 'widespread and active attack' against Apex. The suit further contends that the defendants' failed to alert the plaintiff about the breach for weeks, allowing 'deep infiltration' into the company's systems.
