Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick filed a lawsuit alleging cybersquatting Friday in Florida Middle District Court on behalf of National Retirement Group. The suit names Keith Young, who formerly provided marketing services for the plaintiff. The complaint accuses the defendant of refusing to hand over access to the plaintiff's website.
