Samir A. Bhavsar, Douglas M. Kubehl and Matthew Chuning from Baker Botts have stepped in to represent PrimeSource Building Products in a pending patent infringement lawsuit. The complaint, filed Dec. 12 in Texas Northern District Court by Winstead PC on behalf of National Nail Corp., asserts two patents related to hidden deck clips. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Ed Kinkeade, is 3:23-cv-02746, National Nail Corp v. PrimeSource Building Products Inc.
