Nasdaq filed a complaint Thursday accusing an unnamed Singaporean company of misappropriating its financial data feeds and re-selling them at discount prices, undermining the New York-based company's own business. The trade secrets complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division by Brian Beck of Haley Guiliano Law.
