Counsel at Hawkins Parnell & Young on Monday removed a trip-and-fall lawsuit against Ollie's Bargain Outlet Inc. to Georgia Southern District Court. The complaint was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Frank Mullins. The case is 5:22-cv-00066, Mullins v. Ollies Bargain Outlet, Inc.
