New Suit - Antitrust

Bristol-Myers Squibb and Celgene Corporation were hit with an antitrust lawsuit Friday in New Jersey District Court over its multiple myeloma drugs Thalomid and Revlimid. The lawsuit accuses the defendants of scheming to prevent generic brands from entering the market to compete with Celgene’s high-priced drugs. The complaint was filed by Santomassimo Davis LLP and the MSP Recover Law Firm on behalf of Mao-MSO Recovery II and other plaintiffs. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-20451, MSP Recovery Claims, Series LLC et al v. Celgene Corporation et al.
