The suit was filed by Brousseau Naftis & Massingill on behalf of MRK2Brokerage. The case is 4:23-cv-00430, MRK2Brokerage, LLC v. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in Trust for the Registered Holders of Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Trust 2005-NC5, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-NC5.
