Bloomin' Brands and OS Restaurant Services, collectively d/b/a Bonefish Grill, were hit with an employment class action Tuesday in Florida Middle District Court. The complaint was brought by Shavitz Law Group and Klafter & Lesser on behalf of current and former assistant managers seeking to recover allegedly unpaid overtime. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 8:21-cv-01760, Moxley et al. v. OS Restaurant Services LLC et al.
