QVC was hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit on Thursday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit, over allegedly unpaid purchase orders, was filed by Leeson & Leeson on behalf of sleepwear manufacturer Morsam Fashions. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-03988, Morsam Fashions Inc. v. QVC Inc.
