Lawyers at Wilson Elser on Wednesday removed a product liability lawsuit against Samsung Electronics, the South Korean device maker, to Florida Middle District Court. The complaint was filed by Justin C. Johnson & Associates on behalf of Courtney A. Moore, who contends that her Samsung Galaxy caught fire. The case is 8:22-cv-01944, Moore v. Samsung Electronics America, Inc.
