Attorneys at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart on Monday removed a wage and hour class action against Gate Gourmet Inc. to California Central District Court. The suit was filed by Lavi & Ebrahimian on behalf of hourly, non-exempt workers employed by the defendant in California.
