Starbucks was slapped with a personal injury lawsuit Tuesday in Connecticut District Court. The court case was filed by the law offices of Tacopina Seigel & DeOreo on behalf of Matthew Tyler Mitchell, who alleges that instead of coffee he ingested a chemical cleaning solution. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-00419, Mitchell v. Starbucks Corp.
