Attorneys at Cipriani & Werner on Thursday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Starbucks to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by McBreen & Kopko on behalf of Anissa Mitchell and Timothy Mitchell, who alleges he was assaulted by a third party while at a Starbucks. The case is 2:22-cv-02068, Mitchell et al v. Starbucks et al.
