Andrew Henson of Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders has entered an appearance for Timothy G. Clemente in a pending trade secret lawsuit. The case was filed Nov. 27 in Virginia Eastern District Court by Werther & Mills on behalf of F2E Holdings and Mission Integrated Technologies (MIT). The complaint contends that Clemente, MIT's former president, breached fiduciary duties and misappropriated confidential information. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Leonie M. Brinkema, is 1:23-cv-01608, Mission Integrated Technologies, LLC et al v. Clemente et al.
