Attorneys at Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass on Thursday removed an identity theft lawsuit against Coinbase, a digital currency wallet and trading platform, and DISH Wireless d/b/a Boost Mobile to California Northern District Court. The suit was filed by the Robin Hood Lawyers on behalf of Philip Michno, who claims he lost approximately $180,000 in cryptocurrency due to the defendants' negligence. The case is 3:22-cv-00396, Michno v. DISH Wireless L.L.C. et al.
