Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of bank card processor MiCamp Solutions. The suit pursues claims against payment processors Priority Payment Systems and Priority Integrated Solutions over their 'WaivePay' cash discount program, which the plaintiff asserts is confusingly similar to MiCap's 'WAVIT' mark.
