The law firms O'Hagan Meyer; Clark Hill; and Hunton Andrews Kurth have stepped in to represent CaptureRX, Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, and Rite Aid, respectively, in a pending data breach class action. The suit, filed Aug. 10 in California Northern District Court by Cole & Van Note, accuses CaptureRX of insufficiently protecting the personal data of millions of patients. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge James Donato, is 3:21-cv-06146, Mendoza v. NEC Networks, LLC, et al.
