AutoZone have tapped attorney Ariel J. Sliffman of German Gallagher & Murtagh to defend a pending lawsuit for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision. The suit was filed Nov. 23 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by Simon & Simon on behalf of Genevieve Krause and Tiffany Mcquaid. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nitza I. Quinones Alejandro, is 2:21-cv-05170, Mcquaid et al v. Autozone, Inc. et al.
