Lawyers at Ballard Spahr on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Chase Bank to Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The suit, over alleged violation of the Truth in Lending Act, was filed by Silliker & Reinhold on behalf of Scott A. McPartland. The case is 1:22-cv-00284, McPartland v. Chase Manhattan Bank USA, N.A.
