Morgan & Morgan filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Nehlia McIntyre. The complaint, over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA, targets Rabun Gap-Nacoochee School Inc. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00006, McIntyre v.
