Lockheed Martin, a manufacturer of aerospace and defense technology and equipment, was sued Tuesday in Pennsylvania Western District Court over alleged ADA violations. The suit was filed by The Law Offices of Eric A. Shore on behalf of a military veteran who claims that he was unlawfully terminated based on his refusal to wear a face mask due to a diagnosis of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-00169, Mcintosh v. Lockheed Martin.
