Cozen O'Connor on Wednesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against Bloomin' Brands and subsidiary Bonefish Grill to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith on behalf of Cynthia McCoy and John McCoy. The case is 2:22-cv-00244, McCoy et al v. Bonefish Grill LLC et al.
