Daniel Le Huynh of Alston & Bird has entered an appearance for AddShoppers Inc. d/b/a Minty.com in a pending trademark lawsuit. The suit was filed Sept. 9 in North Carolina Western District Court by Bell, Davis & Pitt and Bayramoglu Law Offices. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Frank D. Whitney, is 3:21-cv-00515, MByte Tech Hongkong Limited v. AddShoppers Inc.
