Counsel at Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial on Friday removed a product liability lawsuit against Hershey to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by a pro se plaintiff who claims that he broke a tooth while eating a Hershey chocolate product. The case is 1:22-cv-01010, Mazone v. The Hershey Company.
