Courtney Leyes and Kelly McCall of Fisher & Phillips have stepped in to defend Walmart in a pending lawsuit over alleged age- and race-based employment discrimination. The action was filed Nov. 29 in Mississippi Northern District Court by Waide & Associates on behalf of a custodian. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Michael P. Mills, is 3:23-cv-00452, Mays v. Wal-Mart Stores East, LP.
