Attorneys at King & Spalding on Monday removed a data breach class action against Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. to California Northern District Court. The suit, brought by Kazerouni Law Group and Blood Hurst & O'Reardon, is over the recent cyberattack that allegedly exposed the personal information of millions of individuals.
