Counsel at Porzio, Bromberg & Newman on Tuesday removed a consumer class action against DHL Express USA to New Jersey District Court. The suit was filed by DeNittis Osefchen Prince on behalf of customers protesting a $17 service charge for the receipt of goods shipped by retailers outside the U.S. The case is 3:21-cv-13363, Martin v. DHL Express (USA), Inc.
