James O'Connor Jr. and Jonathan H. Krol of Reminger have stepped in to defend Bozzo d/b/a DMS Management Solutions and Corrigan Krause, Harrison, Long, Harsar, CPA’s in a pending class action over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The suit was filed Aug. 27 in Ohio Northern District Court by Scott & Winters on behalf of employees alleging they were misclassified as exempt under a Fair Labor Standards Act collective. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge James S. Gwin, is 1:21-cv-01678, Mance v. Bozzo LLC, et al.
