Dilworth Paxson and Kramon & Graham filed a complaint for declaratory judgment Tuesday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of Main Street America Assurance. The suit pursues claims against Howard Lynch Plastering and W.B. Homes. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-03977, Main Street America Assurance Company v.
