Walmart was hit with a patent infringement complaint Thursday in Texas Eastern District Court. The suit, which asserts a single patent related to a battery pack charging device, was brought by Devlin Law on behalf of Magnacharge LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:22-cv-00934, Magnacharge LLC v. Walmart, Inc. et al.
