Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath filed a lawsuit Monday in Connecticut District Court on behalf of Lumico Life Insurance. The suit pursues claims against Steve Cola. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-00988, Lumico Life Insurance Company v. Cola.
